What a great weekend! Got to meet Canon 6 and his lovely wife Sat. He was kind enough to let me buy a frame and 22 Hornet barrel from him. Very nice folks, will see them again at a later date. Didn't have my dies for the hornet as I loaned them to a friend that hasn't returned them yet, but had a chance to take the oldest 2 boys out to shoot today. Took part of the Handi crew out, 22 Mag, one of the 223's, the 357 that always goes to the "dance" and the 45 colt. Put a pallet wood stock on the 45 so it's much kinder to the shoulder with the heavier loads. I think the 45 is going to be another lass that gets invited each trip.
She's a sweetie. Did take a few other guns along, couldn't talk either one of them into trying the 444P Marlin I picked up to be friends with the Handi 444. Don't mean to ramble, just wanted to share as I feel this is a great group here. Lookin forward to meeting more of you.
Meeting some Montanans in Livingstone would be a good start!
