Muzzle loader 12 Gauge shot guns question from a newbe.

I don't know much about muzzle loaders and all I have is one and it is a Contender in 45 Caliber.I would like to get a 12 Gauge muzzle loader if there is such a thing.So what is out there for Shotgun muzzle loaders?Are there barrels you can buy that make a Contender a shotgun?Thanks in advance.

I've never seen a ML shotgun barrel for the contender but with all the folks making custom barrels for the T/C's it is probably possible to get one.  The cost may be as high or higher than just buying a whole shotgun though.  There are several 12ga side hammer guns both single and double barrels in percussion and once in a while I'll see a flinter.  There are also a handful of inline ignition ML shotguns on the market.  I own a couple ML shotguns and they are a blast to shoot.
