Doesn't Anybody Living In Myrtle Beach Shoot?

I'm posting this for a friend who just recently moved to Myrtle Beach... He has been a shooter for years, both rifle and pistol.. competitive and informal... he has been unable to find a place to shoot near him other than indoor ranges... Anybody know of someplace he can shoot?

I think most of the shooting there is done from SUV windows at night.  Larry
