First try at building a box call

I found some really pretty walnut in a bin of firewood, and cut enough strips to make three calls.  I used plans that I found on the internet to build this.   I don't think it turned out too bad for a first try.   One side has a nice rich sound, but the other has a much higher pitch for some reason.

That looks really good. I've never made a box call, just pots.
