Got the stock. Sanded the barrel channel to completely free float the barrel. After a few choice words I got the magazine well and floor plate on, but the bolt release would bind. Remember this is my first stock change ever. Pushed back some on the barreled action and the bolt release was good to go. Checked safety function, ok. Took it to the range and was a happy camper. Before it was grouping 3 to 3 1/2 inches, now just a tad over an inch. Worst part of the ordeal was seeing the same stock on sale at Midway for $18 less than I payed for it just a day or two after I got the stock. Here is the rifle and the first group after sighting in.
