Had the opportunity to call Remington C/S this afternoon.   I asked in passing if they were doing barrels for H&R and was told that yeas, they were.   I asked if they could check inventory or if he knew what was available.  This gentleman (if the accent was any indication) was down south and had no information as to what was available.   " Just send it in and we'll take care of it as soon as we have a barrel"   Not exactly the positive reinforcement I wanted to hear.   Maybe they are still working out the kinks in the rope at their end. ::)
Will that bow kill an elk?     Sure.....but arrows are much more effective.

Maybe if you call H&R CS you'll get better info...Matt got availability info when he called.
