Pro Hunter 20ga accuracy

I have put together a 28" ss barrel with a Nikon Omega scope .... Who has used what kind of slug's for what kind of accuracy @100yds... Any input is appreciated..since slugs start @ 13 dollars a box. I am particularly intestered in 3" slugs... But also looking @ the SST.....Thanks Drop

A friend of mine has one. He initially had problems with the barrel and sent it back to TC. It will hold 3 inch groups with ammo it likes. He is somewhat disappointed with the accuracy. He has shot hundreds of dollars on saboted slug loads looking for a tack driver.

How old of a barrel is this?...I dont know of the pro hunter like I have ..But the standard Encore rifled barrel with the rifle sight on ..Two local gun shops swear it will throw 1" groups @100 yds..I am a hopeful this will too? I just got my barrel a month aga. thanks Drop
