PILLAR BEDDING T/C RYNITE FORENDS
« on: July 03, 2008, 03:59:45 AM »
I have several T/C factory Rynite forends that I would like to pillar bed, my question is what is the best adhesive to use.

Thanks in advance,

I'm really pleased with how mine came out. I used regular JB Weld, not the 'Kwik' but the full cure time version.

Interesting. Is there directions available anywhere to do pillar bedding for the forends?

Here are some pics of the Encore ProHunter forearm float that I did on my .243. I used a piece of Contender handgun grip spacer from an Uncle Mikes Contender kit....cut it and then filed it to fit the ProHunter barrel. I just used epoxy to attach it to the ProHunter forearm.
