44 SPL Carbine "collector"?

a local gunshop has a boxed T/C carbine in 44 special caliber. Supposed to be a limited production made for some collector group > only 44 made[?].
They also have a 45Colt/410 internal choke 10" blue barrel for $175 nib. Too high?

$175 sound pretty reasonable to me for NIB.
