SRC= Saddle Ring Carbine
The Rossi '92 is a good rifle. It's also hell for strong. I've got one in .454 Casull. Out of the box they are sometimes a bit clunky for SASS shooting, but there are some excellent gunsmiths out there (Steve Young aka Nate Kiowa Jones is one) who slick them up for a reasonable price. My .454 was done by Steve, and I shoot .45 Colt out of it for cowboy shooting. Works good.
Not sure of the SRC length, but if you plan on using it for SASS shooting, make sure it will hold 10 rounds. Otherwise, you will be loading a round on the clock for most stages.
