THINKING OF JOINING FURTAKERS OF AMERICA????

 I have to re-up in the FTA,my membership has lapsed and it is time to get signed up again.
 Duane has posted a way for all of you to get a chance at a free membership,but if you have the coin--just sign up on your own.
 This is a very fine organization,and is fighting for your rights to trap.The FTA played a very big part in Minnesota and Maines fight on the Lynx issue.
 If you have been putting off joining,do it now before the next trapping season starts.The Furtaker has a very nice monthly magazine(something all of us trappers enjoy getting). I have to get in touch with Dave Hastings about advertising in this magazine,and may write an article or two for submission.
 Don't put it off,as I have.

Tom and others- the FTA has finally gotten a chapter in MN.  I strongly urge you when you rejoin, to rejoin paying an extra $5 to the Minnesota Fur Harvestors.

Just send $30 if you are not an FTA member, $5 if you are, to:

One of the primary goals of this chapter, is to get Non resident trapping so that other trappers may come to Minnesota and try our trapping, and to allow MN trappewrs to try trapping other states.

For those of you that believe ALL states should be open to ALL trappers (just like fishing, hunting), we could sure use your help.

 MN has had a very active FTA  Affiliate for years.  Affiliate #25 has been growing in leaps and bounds with all the efforts of Dale" Gabby " Hayes.

 I am  proud to have been involved in helping the Minnesota Trappers Association host  the 07 National Fur Takers Event here in Mn.
