muzzleloader pressure

can anyone tell me what the pressure is that is created with 150 gr. pyrodex pellets pushing a 250 gr. 45. cal sabot out of my optima pro? please respond with psi as i do not know how to convert cup. thank you for the information.

Get a copy of the latest Lyman 2nd Edition Black Powder Handbook, it has pressure data.
