Not in an Encore, but I have used 307/356 brass a lot on Contender frames as the parent brass for several Bower wildcats over the years.
IMO in a TC whether rimmed or rimless makes no difference with extraction. How you work the brass in loading does. I could remove the extractors completely in most of my centerfire barrels, tip the muzzle skyward and the fired brass would simply fall out from its own weight.
Precision (accuracy) in a TC has nothing to do with whether rimmed or rimless either IMO. How you work the brass, headspace and seat bullets does.
Has worked for me for decades. YMMV
