new polymer grips for Ruger SA???

I was poking around on Gun Broker and see the newer single actions have "polymer grips" and I wonder what folks think of them compared to the older smooth wood grips?

Ruger made this change on thier "L" models soon after Lett closed up shop.  As to comparing them to the ones they've used...6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other.  Remember, the old Colts were plastic.
I generally replace my staock grips anyways.
