Like to know if any of you all ever used a faster twist rate for heaver bullets? Does any one have feedback on E.Arthur Brown on his custom work or on any other custom shops.

Faster twist than what?  Lots of .223s are coming out with 1:8" twists, most current 7mms come with 1:~9" twists, and the standard for most .30s is 1:10".   Do you mean faster than these?  Velocity plays a part in bullet stability, what cartridges are you thinking about?  What weight bullets are you wanting to try?

E.A.Brown build a handgun for me ten years ago and it was very well put together.

Lone star, what I would like to do is shot 80gr out of my 223 and 200 gr or 220 out of my 300 win. mag..My 7mm stw only likes 140gr. I would like to shot heaver bullets at longer range and keep them stable. My 308 is 1/10 and it shot 180s good all the way out to 600yds. and my AR has a 1/8 and shots good at 600 with 80s and 69s at 300 and 200, shooting in DCM and Legs. Just to see if any hunts with faster twist and if so I would like to get E.A. Brown to make it for T/C encore.
