QD Riser
« on: January 08, 2009, 01:02:38 AM »
Anyone know of a good inexpensive quick detachable scope riser for a flattop AR? I,m looking for something solid, but affordable. Guess I'll spend what I must to get one that does the job, but don't want to throw money away.
Thanks,
Savage

Been trying to figure that out myself so far with no real success. I've about decided to just put on a riser and let it go at that and hope to find a QD ringset instead.

Pro mag seems to be decent quality especially for under $15.  B square is over 3 times the cost but make quality products.  Seems like a removable riser would be easier for quick change going from red dot to scope to iron sights.  Good luck.
