Where on the gun did you see the second number (SB2323 ??? )?

Those are model numbers from the box or catalog, SB2-223 is a palletwood stocked 22" standard barrel 223 Handi, SB2-323 is a palletwood stocked 24" bull barrel 223 Handi.
