Barska vs BSA 17 teens

I just bought a H&R Sportster in 17 HMR.;
I have read the comments on the BSA scopes but would like to know how the BSA and Barksa "sweet 17" scopes compare.

I would not be inclined to ever buy another barska. Still on the fence with the bsa
