cuts of meat to make beef jerky?

I was wondering what cuts everyone used for making jerky.
I've been making mine out of very think sliced sirlion, but sirloin has nearly priced me out.

I've heard of people using roast (rump or chuck).  has anyone tried this?

rump and bottom round work well. I have stayed away from chuck as being too fatty and going rancid.

Round works great. Any cheap, tough, lean piece will work. I buy big pieces at a big box store then do a huge batch at once.

Nothing works better than goose breasts.  I use every cut on deer or antelope but the backstraps are the easiest to work with.
