The turret has its +s / -s , on the + side you can set up more than one set of dies and keep them set to were you want them , on the - side , if your like me once I load a batch of ammo I set everything back to zero as the next batch may be no were close to the last and it will need to be readjusted anyhow .
I have never used a Lyman turret so as far as changing the turrets I'm not sure how much trouble it would be , on my Lee turret I can keep the dies that I use over and over like my 223 and 224 GNR set up as they get the same loads all the time and just swap out the turret to load them .
