Cowboy hunting

I just passed on buying a NEF combo and sprung for a LNIB 45.70 cowboy. Do any of you hunt with one? I know they are heavier but I really like the extra barrel lenghth. It comes with a really nice Marbles tang sight as well. I paid $580 delivered which I thought was pretty good after looking at prices on Gun Broker.

[Cowboy hunting]
AW, MANNN
! !
And, here I thought you were gonna post about either hunting down cowboys, or hunting on horseback - cowboy style !
I'd say you did well, considering the tanger's worth $125, if you had to buy a new one to mount.

I'd say you'll enjoy it. I just bought the same gun to use this year after hunting with a 1894 CB in 44 mag (24")last year.
