I have kind of went overboard buying guns this year. I decided to get this pistol and have ended up buying 2 nice rifles. I sold off some stuff but the wife is "still" going ballistic , so I have to sell one and the Encore pistol is the one I am going to have to let go !
So : I have an Encore blued frame that I bought new in January/08 with walnut stocks that were removed the first day, put a pro-hunter .308 blued fluted barrel on it, it has a brand new EABCO base, brand new 3 ring Burris Sign. Zee ring set up, brand new Leupold vx3 2-8x32 scope, Quitehide holster with accessory pockets, custom trigger job by Shots gunsmithing/trigger at 2.5# and brand new Ole Georgia Jim grip set (herret grip-right hand, 8" hunter forend, both in forest camo finished ). I have not shot the gun since installing the base, scope, rings, grips............and it had less than 75 shots throught it before then. Previously with a Bushnell scope, different mounting system and pachmayr grips.............I was getting close to moa @100 yrds(on my good feeling shots).......and I am a novice with pistol shooting. I did kill a small (40#ish)wild hog at 163 yrds on the only hunt i have took it on!
I have over $1640 in it. Just wondering if I should sell it as is or part it out ?? I am not real sure what the smartest way is of selling this type of gun ??Thanks for any help ............hate to do it but probably have to !! Just looking for advise for what's the best way to sell it !!
