scope for slug gun

I own a wichester 1300 fully rifled deer gun and right now it has a banner scope on it cause I had the scope on a gun I traded its not bad but its a 3-9 which is a bit much magnification and the eye relief isnt that good this gun really kicks so im thinking about put either a elite 3200 1.5-4.5 or a leupold vx 1 2-7 ill be shooting in open fields out to 100 or 125 yds and probably in low light if anyone has tried these scopes let me know your opinion thanks

CJ; I have had the Leupold 1-4x since they came out in 1993, and I am well pleased with it. The eye relief is great, and the scope has never let me down. I went through the stage when I was young of using scopes without enough eye relief, and got sick of them bouncing off my forehead! I am sure you will be happy with the 2-7x Leupold.

I had the VX1 2-7 on my Wingmaster slug gun.  It worked great, plenty of eye relief and was a good clear scope.  I sold the barrel and went back to a smoothbore with open sights so that scope is now on a 223 rifle and still working fine.  I do not think that you can bet them for the money with the great eye relief (3.7 on high to 4.7 on low) that they have.
