I did some gun haggling back in 1998 and ended up with an old, but still NIB Rem ADL in 270. Never shot it until today. Oh so sweet. Always assumed it would become a project gun, but with a new green synthetic stock and Leuopold scope it turned out to be a winner. I can't imagine how many times I've almost traded that rifle away. Glad it kept it now.
