Just watching Elk Chronicles, guy takes his 11 year old son black bear hunting in Alaska with guess what?
Handi rifle but it did have a SWARSKI scope on it. They actually showed a Handi on TV
He did get a bear. ;D

I like to see this kind of story, Teach youngins how to do It with one shot and IMHO you'll end up with a better skilled hunter. I do hope they had something like a 870 fukk of slugs for a back up thou :o

I saw a kid on a hunting show a while back with a handi slug gun... He rolled 2 deer with it if I remember right....
