tc ml not closing

got my tc encore out for ml and notice it not closing up all the way when a primer is put in.  When it does close the hammer does not pull back until i open and close it a second time.

I had one and it LOVED to do that after shooting a few times .
I would have to take it all apart and clean it then it would work  again.
The breach plug gets real bad as does the primer pocket and well every thing else
as they have real bad blow by and and even my scope would get covered with crap
I was not going to eat up a new gun for this bull.
and I sold mine the barrel and will never put another one on it.
it has never had a problem with my rifle barrels.just my2 cents I think the ml barrels
for the encore are a joke.It did not take me long to say no more muzzle loaders.
T/C fixed me.
clean it real good and make sure the breach plug is in all the way and you should be ok for about 20-30 shots.
