What velocity are these things? Nothing on the packaging says. Don't tell me their black powder loads.

Nope, they're not  black powder. Per the Winchester ammo website, the .45 Colt Cowboy load (USA45CB), with a 250 grain lead bullet, has a muzzle velocity (5 inch barrel) of 750 fps, with muzzle energy of 312 ft-lbs.  At 50 yards, velocity of 720 fps, energy of 288 ft-lbs. At 100 yards, velocity of 692 fps, energy of 266 ft-lbs.
