Two guards are patrolling The Mall near the White House. Not many people are about because it's already 6pm and curfew is in an hour.
Suddenly the first guard raises his rifle and shoots a man dead.
The alarmed second guard said "What did you do that for!!!???!!!"
"I knew the man. He lived in my neighborhood and couldn't have made it home in time."
