grip values
« on: November 10, 2008, 03:06:28 PM »
I just bought an encore frame and it came with the walnut factory forend and grip and a  boyds  LAMINATE NUTMEG handgun grip.
The boyds grip is nice and is in exultant condition.
the factory grip is in same condition but is missing the plastic base cover and screws.
the forend is in good condition but look like a defect on the side in the grain, it looks like a crack but doesn't go trough the wood.

The grips do not fit my hand well so i will be selling them off to help fund a set of custom grips and I am thinking about trading the forend for a factory rubber one.

My questions is this what would be a fair asking price for the two pistol grips and will it be worth trying to trade the wood forend for a rubber one?
