Fall cleaning - One safe full done, two to go....
Personal opinion is a good thing, and everyone is entitled to one.  The hard part is separating informed opinion from someone who is just blowing hot air....

Now don't tell me you shot that many guns this year Easy. Mine don't get cleaned unless I shot them, so I cleaned about five I think between what the wife and me both shot. Course that doesn't count rimfires and pistols that get cleaned through out the year as they get dirty.

A lot are safe queens.  I take everything out once a year, if only to run a oily patch down the bore, spray a little rust preventative on the exterior.  Regular use stuff gets cleaned more frequently, as needed.

Yea I should take better care of my SQs but I live in a very dry climate and so get away with being a slob. I remember how my first gun or two got fondled and petted.
