As no one else has posted on this topic I will.  First, I don't shoot a 25.06 but do shoot a .270 which is somewhat close.

The Sierra manual list it's most accurate load for the 25.06 with a 100 grain bullet using Reloader-22.

The Sierra manual also list the same powder as the most accurate load with a .270 130 grain and it's my experience that Reloader-22 shoots very well in my rifle.

I'd also guess that IMR4381, H4381 or a powder the speed of 4350 or slower would be a good place to start.

Hopefully someone who has some experience with the caliber can expand on this.

In my 25/06 I find RL-22 and Berger 115 gr. VLD bullets to be a very accurate and deadly combo for deer.

In my younger days the talk with the 270 was to fill it all the way up with H-4831, give it a bit of a shake and stick a 130 gr bullet on that to be good to go.  :)
That was well before RL 22 etc.

H-4831 is still an excellent powder for it, regardless of bullet weight.

I do like Ball powders, W-760 and H-414 come to mind for the 130 gr bullets

My .25-06 shoots 100 Nosler Ballistic Tips really well with H4350/48.5 gr. The velocity is about 3350 fps with the 24 inch barrel. Many .25-06s shoot the 100 grain bullets better than the heavier bullets. I used to use H4831 with good success too. However, I don't remember the weight since that  was 25 years ago.

Sometimes I use 115 Noslers or 117 Hornadys just because my dealer was out of 100s. That load is H4350/51.5 gr.

I use 120 grain Nosler Partitions in my 25-06 with 49 grains of IMR 4350. This load chronograph at 3008 fps. For a non-lead load I use the 100 grain Barnes TSX with 52 grains of IMR 4831. This load chronographs at 3331 fps.
