Let's see whose memory is better than mine(that should be no contest).  I found 3 boxes of Winchester 120 primers in the back of my cabinet and can't remember how old they might be.  When did Winchester switch designation? I'm thinking late '60's but not at all sure.  I popped a couple of'm and they worked fine.  Still I don't think I'd want to rely on them for hunting rounds.  ??? Walt

I do not remember for sure... but I have and use some WIN 8 1/2"s. I have had for many many years, they still 100% relyably go bang.   ::) ;D

I`ve got some very old primers also, but won`t load them in hunting loads, have loaded some and found every once in a while I get one that has a considerable drop in velocity. Load them in plinking loads.
