Know anything about a Millett?
« on: November 17, 2008, 02:31:41 PM »
I know that I can not go wrong with several of the mid to high end models from many optics companies but as far as brands go there just dosen't seem to be many options, Leupold, Zeiss, Nikon.... and that's really all I can think not in that price range but there are a few other brands with high end scopes (high end of their product line) about that range too, about $500-600. I know I need to make an investment in a scope, but are the usual suspects all there is?  Any insight would be wonderful.

Thanks,
jeff

I shoot only 90% Leupolds, I have over 30 of them and have never owned a Millet, but have a friend that bought one. His has 1 moa adjustments. You move the point of impact 1 in. at 100 yrds. for every click. If you do buy one make sure it has 1/4 moa clicks, but I would recomand Leupold.
