.22 lr cut rifling in 16" barrel

is there a method to cut my own .22 lr rifling on a 16" barrel at home?

any sugestions pls

There is a resource that do-it yourselfer should have, Foxfire #5.

Though it details making a flintlock from scratch, it has a nice detailed description of making a hand powered rifling machine that can be used on any modern barrel.
