13.5 or 13.7 Jap Ctg.

I have, what was told to me was, a 13.5 or 13.7 MM Japanese heavy machine gun round.  The collector who gave it to me was Bill Alcorn over 30 years ago and he knew his ctgs but he liked older things.  I have only seen sparse mention of the round in aircraft.  Does anyone have information.  Let me know what other data you need form me as to markings and I will provide.

I have never seen any references to 13.5 or 13.7 Jap machinegun cartridges.

   The 13.2 x99 Hotchkiss was used as an antiaircraft and  heavy ground machinegun.

   The 13x64B and the 12.7x81 SR were used as aircraft armament.

   If you can post case measurements perhaps someone can identify it.

Yes, You ARE right, it is the 13.2 Type 93.  Does anyone have any sources of info on ammo types and markings?
