Happy Thanksgiving everyone.  It's a beautiful clear bright sunny 10 degrees this morning.  A nice day to sit down to a big turkey dinner.  Sure wish the kids could join us.

Maybe we'll go join them next year.

Enjoy your turkey every one.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!  4 days to recoup and then back to work to get ready for Christmas.  This one is even more work, as we give at least 3 gifts for each child in the family under the age of 18.  Got over 1400 families signed up now, will do sign-ups till 12-12.  Handed out over 1200 boxes in 3 1/2 days for Thanksgiving, as well as business as usual.  I've still got 3 B-tags for the 400 district and my A tag, so will try to get some more this weekend.  DP
RIP Oct 27, 2017

dpe.ahoy best of luck to you filling those tags and Douglas have a great Thanksgiving both of you and all your families.  Just got back from my brother N Laws place (the farm) where he is forman over all the workers... get my hunting rights every year LOL but had a nice time this morning, and came back to help my wife out here before the kids get here.

May go out tomorrow morning early to see if I can get me a doe or two and patrol the farm for poachers.... they been trespassin alot here.

Two forms of proof we require at the farm for hunters given the okay... Cow ear tag that has assigned number and name of owner of the land, and the book that requires written permission to be there by my brother N Law.
