It looks really nice. Almost like one of the Glocks. Do you have any idea how well the paint will last on the stock? The reason I ask is that I've heard on the Houge overmoulded stocks like I have for my 10/22 paints usually don't stay around too long.

FWIW I had a BSA and I'll never buy another one. Mine self destructed. I won't run them down too bad, but be forewarned.

BSAs have a bad reputation for being very inconsistent, a real crap shoot in getting a good one, some love them, some wouldn't touch one. On Rimfire Central, for use just on rimfires mind you, they have several derogatory descriptions for the letters B S A, so as Rusty said, be forewarned.  :-\ I've only used two, one on a spring airgun that was recommended by Lawdog here in the airgun forum that has held up great, and a red dot that fogged up inside on me the first time I used it in foul weather. ::)

I have a sweet 17 on a Savage that is fine.  I looked through at least 15 scopes at Cabelas before I found one that was clear to the edges and had no flares.  I wouldn't buy one through the mail, but I think you can do OK if you can look at them before buying.
