Good morning Montana, from Richland Washington.  The weather report says its 21 degrees and snowong in Cut Bank and i'm missing that. Hear in Rcihland is clear and 31 degrees.

Yesterday couldn't have been a more beautiful day to drive to the Airport.  There were high heavy clouds with broken holes of blue sky peaking through. Visability had to be far in excess of 80 milse as we could see the Rockies off to the west. The was as clear as a bell.  The sun provided enough light to to make the mountians just glow.   It was an awesome.

Then on the flight over to Helena and then on to Seattle, the light was such that shadows on the ground were not dark or black, but an inky blue. Incredible...then the plane passed over the Idaho border and I never saw the ground again until final approach to Seattle Airport.  Then all I could se was strip malls, warehouses, housing tracts and crowded freeways...hum wonder why I like Montana?
