.45 cal Barrel question
« on: January 12, 2009, 07:22:21 AM »
I have CVA .45 caliber flintlock Kentucky style rifle. Can I get  a different barrel in a bigger caliber that would be a "drop-in" for that particular model? CVA was no help and maybe that answer is no. Just checking first.

Deer Creek bought all of CVA's sidelock parts.  call them and see if they have a .50cal barrel for you, 765-525-6181

there are NO aftermarket drop in barrels made for CVA's.

If you want a big gun, you can look for a used CVA Mountain rifle. These were made in 45,50,54 and 58cal.  I have the 2 big boys as of now and Love them!
