Annie vs 40X

Ok so I've read all the Annie vs Cz threads and think that out of the box the Annie wins hands down, but how about taking it up a notch?  Anybody have experience with the preformance of these two head to head in 22 lr? 
 
Is a new or like new 40x really 5 grand like I saw on Guns America?

  All i can tell you is, a couple of my friends had top of the line Anschutz rifles, (can't remember the numbers) and another had at least two 40X's...  We all shot competition together...  I honestly don't think one rifle would "outshoot" the other, as they all shot amazing!!

  This was in the late 70's, early 80's so i have no idea how that would wring out these days...

  I saw them outshoot Win. 52's too, but i'm sure some 52's would shoot with the best...

  BTW, either of the above would blow away a CZ, as they should...

Some of the best factory 22's are mentioned here.  The Rem 40X's I have shot were very accurate.  The Anschutz rifles shoot very well also.  So do the Win 52 rifles.  One other that I'm partial too is the Suhl 150 which I do have.  I think the Suhls will give all of these guns all they want and then some.  They had killer barrel and killer triggers that would go down to 2oz.  That's where mind is set at.  Here's a thread to show you my Suhl and how it would shoot.

I'm sorry that I can anser your comparitive question about annie's and 40x's, but I can compare the 40x, the Win. 52's and the Cooper m57.  Friend of mine has a 40x and I have two 52's and a cooper lvt.  The cooper shoot .250 groups with just about every type of ammo I have tryed.  The 40x and my 52's will shoot with the cooper, but only with sertian loads.  I have shot with some guys with annies and walthers and my rifles were equal to the task.
