45 Colt Brass
« on: December 15, 2008, 02:44:48 AM »
I am about to order some brass cases.  The price for 100 cases from 5 manufactures differ $15.00.  Hornady the highest and Starline the cheapest.  Is one manufacture better than another.  How do they stack up in quality.  I am using the current midwayusa flyer.

Starline has been very good.

But my favorite by far is FEDERAL. I haven't seen it in some time, but I always felt it was the best. Some years back, I split a case of each 45Colt and 45-70 with a buddie. I still have some left unloaded. I keep it for hunting loads.
