I had a similar need for my 527, but I needed rings for a 1 inch tube.  I did a lot of research and determined that Millet rings gave the most clearance between the bottom of the tube and the base of the ring.  The rings give plenty of clearance for my scope (50 mm objective lens), and seem to be of high quality.  I've not had any problem with them.  Here is a link to the item on MidwayUSA's site;

It is currently out of stock there, and won't be available until the end of January.  I'm sure that you can find it at elsewhere if you need it sooner than that.

They should work really well, based on your earlier post coupled with a few measurements that I have made on my setup.  It turns out that the bell on my scope is almost 64 mm in diameter, and there is approximately 2/10s inch clearance between the bell and the heavy barrel (mine's a 527 varmint).

The only unknown is the difference in clearance (my one inch tube vs. your 30 mm tube).

Good luck.
