info in a t/c rear sight
« on: August 21, 2003, 04:28:50 PM »
I am looking for an older sight that T/C put out ( I think they did) It looks kind of like a Lyman receiver sight.  it kind of looks like a big block on the side of the barrel and a bar over the barrel for the rear sight and it has a strap that the screws go in
can any one figure out the sight i am talking about and where can i find one at a good price?

The TC custom shop has a newer model peep sight that may work for you. Go to www.tcarms.com and enter the custom shop from there.  KN

What you are describing is the old style silouette sight that was standard on Super 14 barrels at one time, I believe.  It was a Williams sight, I think.  You might try Ed's.  I may have an extra around here somewhere.  I'll check and get back to you - it may be tonight or tomorrow, though.
