Hardly. I've had that many transactions in the last two years easily. There is something in your file and until you dig in and find out what get used to the delays.

I wonder if there is a number i can call to find out why the hold ? Or will they not speak to me about it ?

I don't know if they will tell you why you are delayed.  If you are denied you can appeal it.  Otherwise, it is just bureaucracy in action. 

If you look at the information on the appeal form then you might get an idea of the information that they are matching up.
