Customer Service
« on: May 06, 2008, 10:09:13 PM »
I just got to say a couple words about KelTec.  I decided it would be a good idea to completely strip my P32 to the bare frame.  As I was putting it back together, I lost a spring, and destroyed another one.  This normally isn't a problem, but I couldn't find anywhere to buy new springs.  I sent KelTec an email asking how to purchase new springs from them, and they responded asking me for my address and what parts I needed.  They shipped them for no charge, and I had them in 3 days.

I just wanted to tell you guys cause its nice to hear the good stuff about a company instead of all the crappy things we hear.
A gun is a tool. No better, no worse than any other tool. A hammer, a shovel, or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the person using it.

That is good to know.  They may have won my business.  I have been trying to decide what pocket pistol to go with.
