December Gun Sales
« on: January 07, 2009, 09:56:37 AM »
Smith & Wesson sold over 50,000 guns in December.  Does anyone know what other dealers sold?  Wow!

No but I ordered two from Smith in December, and they couldn't get them for 9 days, when it is usually 2 days.

Went to Green Top one of the largest gun stores in Va. ( have more guns than any Cabela's store i have been in ) . Half the racks were empty and a buddy that works there said they were having trouble refilling the racks . They are distributors for several brands like Remington etc .
Guess alot of folks had a "RED-NECK " Christmas !

The Cabelas in Ft. Worth sold like 460 on black Friday.
My bad that was Nov. not Dec.
the store has about half the guns it usually has and ammo shelves are real low.

I just called Natchez to order some speed loaders for a couple of hide out guns. Sold out already, and will be at least a month.
