December 29, Good Afternoon Montana
« on: December 29, 2008, 08:47:37 AM »
Good afternoon everyone, 17 degrees and and a nce  gentle snow is falliing.  We  have had about a inch in the past hour.

I am thinking about turning on the heat out in the shop andwhenit warms up see what work I can get done. Need to start working on my .223 cases for the spring.

I also finally have all the part's to build a SMLEtini.   Samco has shipped my .303 Ammo. So I will be short on excuses to build this rifle.

Never did have a good nights sleep 1am - 3am so I was up most of the night, and then before I went to PT @ 9am it started to snow and hasn't stopped since.  So, I finally got some sleep thru the day, and woke up to what else.... it's snowing.

Well, the sun is shining some where  ;D

Since I post we have had about 6 inches, light fluffy snow. This is realy good as it builds the snow pack, which provides us water into spriong and summer. When it warms we want a long slow cool warming.

It was sunny most of the day here in Billings.  Plenty of melting going on, but at 6:00 it was 29* and the roads were starting to get slick.  This morning they were saying snow here tonight, not sure if it will happen or not.  DP
