A quick question for those who have used the Weatherby Vanguard youth model that comes with two stocks. One for younger shooters and a second when the shooter outgrows the reduced length of pull. My daughter is getting to the age to start hunting. I am leaning toward the Vanguard in 7mm-08 for her. Figured it would be a good caliber, with relatively light recoil. Rifle would be used mostly for deer hunting with an occasional elk thrown in. Partitions or Barnes would likely be my bullet of choice. Have never owned a Vanguard, but from doing some research, it seems to be a decent rifle. Any input or experience with this rifle would be appreciated. Thanks much!
