Cerebus owns controlling interest in Remington, Chrysler, and GMAC. How will Remington do in 2009? SO??? i wonder how this will affect NEF ?? how has the barrel fitting been goin for everyone also??

I don't know about the barrel fitting, but with the Fed pouring billions into Chrysler and GM, some of it ought to trickle down to Remington.  That is of course if the Executives don't spend it in the Bahamas or French Riviera this winter. ::) ::)

I have heard nothing coming out of the Fire Arm manufacturing industry other than they are still going balls out... at least short term with this new pres. coming on board. Kurt

thats what i hear also kurt , most  shops are finding short supplies of  gun , handguns for sure , i walked in to the larger store here  and a friend working there  said   they havent been slow  since the friday after CHRISTmas , if its 9mm 40  or 45 cal , 308 223  or what have ya , they stay all sold , and ammo is the same way as they said  its not a run on guns  just a steady  flow of buyers, ???? maybe ill post a thread on barrel fitting?
