I like the Speer Gold Dots out of my Glock 27. They are accurate and perform well.

Personally I carry Winchester 155 grs, Ranger Ts (Black Talon technolgoy w/ politically correct bullet color -SXT stands for "Same Exact Thing".  The Federal Hydrashok 155s and Speer Gold Dots are good too.  Stay away from 180 grs., though, you start losing energy and stopping power.

I use Federal 165 gr. HST ammo in both my G22 and G27.  The HST's are an improvement over the older Hydrashok's.  I've read a lot of things about the Hydrashok's not expanding like other rounds (Gold Dot's, Golden Saber's, Ranger T and the newer HST's) when shot through clothing.

Do a little research on the HST's.  They're pretty good.  I buy them from  ammunitiontogo.com.

I've had good results with Cor Bon ammo. Generally speaking it seems to be loaded on the hot side and I think that is better out of the shorter barrel pistol I carry.

My Sheriffs office uses Remington Golden Sabers as their duty ammo for the .40 Glock. I don't know why they decided on the Golden Sabers, but I figure they must be worth the high price of nearly $1 a round.

I have used Cor-Bon 40 s&w 150gr jhp's and Speer Gold Dot 155 gr. HP's. Both shoot well out of my Glock 23, I like the Gold Dot's their a little cheaper and do just as well as Cor-Bon. IMO
